Once the game commences, players can choose to place each rat individually onto the maze or release all at once using a designated button. Throughout gameplay, players have the ability to monitor and move the rats within the maze. The game concludes when all rats have perished, displaying a graph depicting the total population against the number of deceased rats over time.
